·          Effectively responding to all internet-sourced vehicle inquiries that come into the dealership via email or in-bound phone calls on a dedicated internet phone line

·          Generating a response, setting an appointment, meeting with and selling a new or used vehicle to the Internet Customer while achieving an acceptable level of gross and customer satisfaction

·          Having a thorough knowledge of the dealership’s products and services

·          Checking E-mail frequently and responding to customer inquiries immediately

·          Establishing personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devising a strategy to meet those goals

·          Understanding the psychology of Internet customers

·          Coordinating with the Internet Manager on Internet Promotions

·          Maintaining a sales license

 

Requirements:

·          Must have certified sales license

·          Must be 18 Years of age or older

·          Must have a Valid Colorado Driver’s License

·          Must have 2 years of Internet or equivalent sales experience

·          Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information

·          Must have a professional work ethic
