Automotive Sales Consultant

 

This position is responsible for the sale and lease of new or used automobiles with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying and following-up.

Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and maintaining an effective prospect and referral system
• Following the Phil Long Sales Process
• Meeting store objectives
• Knowing, understanding and communicating the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and purchase documentation to customers

Requirements

• Must love working with people and have a positive attitude
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess a Valid Colorado Driver’s License
• Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information

• Must be able to successfully complete the post offer drug screening and background checks
• Must have a positive attitude
